I don’t know whether its because different pizza ingredients are sourced from produces, however the best pizza that I have ever had its that where the ingredients are sourced locally.

Unfortunately the pizza from the big boys just does not compare to the small local pizza bar’s.

The flavour is in the pizza topping, but don’t discount the base – I’ve had some shockers! My favourite base is thin and crispy. My favourite topping???? probably smoked salmon with cream cheese and chives – nice!

there are so many flavours of pizza, it’s hard to decide which one to take.
My current favorite is roasted pumpkin, pine nuts and ruccola. Give it a try
