Interesting stuff. I love pizza even though my own homemade vegan version is very different and contains lots of crunchy peppers topped with a vegan cheese sauce. Yum!

I’ve often wondered about the origins of the pizza but I assumed it was a much more recent invention. So now I know, Queen Margherita eh. Good on Queen M she had good taste in food.
