Pizza is yummy & can be healthy! I like a thin & crispy base which lowers the carb content & I’ve had some pretty awesome vegetarian pizza’s too : )

Hi,

The weather is quite blizzard-like right about now all over Australia… I think the very healthiest thing to do is to eat. Why go looking for blankets when we can wear one? Seriously, this weather now brings hot, lovely tasty Pizza to my mind for all the right reasons. Bring on double of all toppings!

I don’t believe that there is anything sinful about pizza… unless you eat it too frequently.

Pizza still contains essential oils, vegetables, proteins and tastes great
